STEP 01
Within 1 hour

Auto-confirmation

You'll have an email confirming the brief is filed. Includes a copy of your answers so you can forward to a partner or the architect.

STEP 02
Within 1 day

A human reply

Our project manager reads every brief in person. You'll get a short note with two or three first questions and a suggested time for a call.

STEP 03
Within 1 week

Site visit

A 45-minute on-site or video walk. We measure, we listen, we draw a rough scope and a real number on the spot — no estimate fees.

STEP 04
Within 2 weeks

Fixed-price proposal

A drawing, an allowance schedule, a timeline you can plan a life around, and one phone number. You sign nothing until the picture is clear.

STEP 05
Day one

Crew on site

Plastic walls up, dust containment running, daily photo log started. One project manager from now until the keys turn.

Before you send

A few things worth knowing.

01Do I have to know what I want?

No. Most clients arrive with a room and a feeling, not a drawing. The first conversation's job is to translate the feeling into a scope we can put a real number against. If you have Pinterest pictures, send them; if not, we'll talk.

02Can you work with my architect?

Yes, often. If you already have an architect or designer, we build to their drawings and run the job — pricing, permits, trades and site management. If you don't, we draw renovations and suites in-house up to permit-ready. Either way you get one fixed price and one phone number.

03Will the quote change?

The fixed price holds unless the scope changes or we open a wall and find something the City requires us to address. When that happens you see it first — a signed change order with its own number — before any work starts. No surprise line items at the end.

04What if we're 'just exploring'?

That's a fine place to start. The first conversation is free and there's no estimate fee, so you can get a real scope and a real number before committing to anything. Plenty of our projects begin a season or two before the crew arrives.
